基于利益相关者视角装配式建筑质量精益管理研究

A Study of Lean Quality Management of Prefabricated Buildings from the Perspective of Stakeholders

通过对装配式建筑质量管理现状的分析,发现我国装配式建筑质量管理存在协同效率低、管理缺乏规范化、成本高等问题,为了解决这些问题,文章从利益相关者的角度构建相互协作机制,并将精益管理思想运用到装配式建筑质量管理的全生命周期中,附加PDCA循环使质量管理更加条理化、科学化,进而为装配式建筑推广助力。

An analysis of the current quality management of prefabricated buildings revealed problems such as low efficiency of collaboration,lack of standardized management,and high costs.To settle these problems,this paper developed acollaborative mechanism from the perspective of stakeholders and applied the idea of lean management to the whole life cycle of the quality management of prefabricated buildings.Moreover,Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA) circulationwasadded to make quality management more organized and scientific,thus facilitating the promotion of prefabricated buildings.
