摘要
文章应用管理经济学相关理论,以国有能源装备制造企业的先行者-兰州兰石重型装备股份有限公司为例,对其现处的市场宏观环境和市场类型进行了详细分析,同时,基于SWOT分析模型,研究了该企业当前面临的机遇与挑战、优势与劣势。通过分析得出,兰州兰石重型装备股份有限公司所处的市场类型为垄断竞争市场,一方面,面临着来自行业环境、竞争对手等方面的压力,另一方面,自身也具备在客户资源、产品设计、生产模式和品牌影响力方面的优势。为了提升该企业在现行经济环境下的竞争力,需要从产品研发、营销策略、产品质量以及客户资源等方面着手,不断维系和强化自身的竞争优势,抢占市场先机。
Based on the theories of management economics,the paper takes Lanzhou LS Heavy Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the pioneer of state-owned energy equipment manufacturing enterprises,as an example to conduct a detailed analysis of its current market macro environment and market type.Meanwhile,SwOT analysis model is adopted to study the opportunities and challenges,advantages,and disadvantages of the enterprise.Through analysis,it is concluded that the market type of Lanzhou LS Heavy Equipment Co.,Ltd.is a monopolistic competitive market.On one hand,it faces the pressure from industry environment and competitors,on the other hand,it also has advantages in customer resources,product design,production mode and brand influence.In order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the current economic environment,it is recommended to constantly maintain and strengthen its own competitive advantages to seize the market opportunities on the basis of product research and development,marketing strategy,product quality and customer resources.
