了解、分析国内外招投标管理现状,梳理高校招投标管理审计需要关注的重点,通过审计发现招投标管理事项存在的问题,着重从参与招投标活动相关部门职责的角度,提出避免和化解招标管理风险的审计建议。

To understand and analyze the current situation of bidding and tendering management at home and abroad,sort out the key points of bidding and tendering management audit in colleges and universities,find out the problems existing in bidding and tendering management through audit,and put forward audit suggestions to avoid and resolve the risks of bidding and tendering management from the perspective of the responsibilities of relevant departments involved in bidding and tendering activities.
