含高丰度稀土元素的镁合金研究进展

Research Progress in Magnesium Alloys Containing High Abundance Rare Earth

摘要 镁合金质量轻、比强度和比刚度高、储量丰富、易回收再生,成为双碳背景下的研究热点,但其力学性能欠佳、耐蚀性差等问题制约了其更广泛的应用。近年来,国内外将镁和高丰度稀土两种优势资源相结合,针对含高丰度稀土镁合金的结构和功能特性开展了广泛研究。重点综述了Y、Sm、Ce、La等高丰度稀土元素对镁合金显微组织、力学性能、耐蚀性能以及导热性能的影响规律及研究进展,提出了含高丰度稀土镁合金亟待解决的问题及未来深入研究的方向。 Magnesium alloys exhibit the characteristics of light weight,high specific strength and stiffness,abundant reserves,and easily recyclable,which becomes a research hotspot in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Nevertheless,the poor mechanical properties and corrosion resistance restrict the wider application of Mg alloys.The superior resources of Mg and high abundance rare earth were integrated,and fruitful investigations on the structural and functional properties of Mg alloys containing high abundance rare earth were conducted in recent years.The influence of high abundance rare earths(Y,Sm,Ce,and La)on the microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion properties,and thermal conductivities of Mg alloys as well as research progress were primarily reviewed,and the urgent issues as well as future direction of in-depth research for Mg alloys containing high abundance rare earths were proposed.
