摘要
采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射技术等研究了均匀化处理对Al-Mg-Si合金静态酸碱腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,均匀化处理可有效提高Al-Mg-Si合金凝固组织的均匀化程度与耐蚀性能。均匀化处理的Al-4.5Mg-3Si合金试样,在5%的NaOH溶液中进行20 h静态腐蚀试验,其平均腐蚀速率为115.419 g/(m^(2)·h),约为未处理的1.16倍;而在0.5%的HF溶液中进行20 h静态腐蚀试验,其平均腐蚀速率为147.778 g/(m^(2)·h),为未处理试样的78%。
The influence of homogenization treatment on static acid-base corrosion of Al-Mg-Si alloy was investigated by means of scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results indicate that the homogenization degree and corrosion resistance of Al-Mg-Si alloy can be effectively improved by homogenization treatment.After static corrosion test in 5% NaOH solution for 20 h,the average corrosion rate of homogenized Al-4.5Mg-3Si alloy is 115.419 g/(m^(2)·h),which is 1.16 times of the untreated ones,while the average corrosion rate is 147.778 g/(m^(2)·h)in 0.5% HF solution for 20 h,which is 78% of the untreated ones.
