镁合金汽车抬头显示支架压铸工艺模拟与优化 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation and Die Casting Process Optimization of Magnesium Alloy Vehicle Head-up Display Bracket(HUD)

摘要 基于Magma软件对抬头显示支架(HUD)设计了2种浇注系统方案,通过数值模拟分析给出优化方案,在此基础上采用田口试验研究了压铸过程中浇注温度、模具预热温度及压射速度对汽车HUD卷气量和缩孔率的影响,得到了优化的压铸工艺参数:浇注温度为660℃、模具预热温度为200℃、压射速度为6.5 m/s,并进行了压铸试模。结果表明,在优化工艺参数组合下能够有效减少汽车HUD的内部缩松、缩孔缺陷。 Based on the Magma software,two kinds of gating system schemes were designed for the head-up display bracket(HUD),and a optimized scheme was given by numerical simulation analysis.On this basis,the effects of pouring temperature,mold preheating temperature and injection speed on the volume and shrinkage rate of automobile HUD in the die-casting process were analyzed by using Taguchi experiment,and the optimal process parameters of die-casting were presented as follows:pouring temperature of 660℃,mold preheating temperature of 200℃,injection speed of 6.5 m/s,and the trial production was conducted.The results show that under the optimal combination of process parameters,the internal shrinkage hole defects in magnesium alloy automotive HUD can be effectively reduced.
