摘要
利用金相显微镜和室温拉伸试验研究了砂型和表面涂层对ZL702A合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,金属型铸型的综合力学性能最好,派普树脂砂铸型的综合力学性能最差,呋喃树脂砂铸型的综合力学性能与铬铁矿砂型的相差不大。考虑到工业化成本,采用呋喃树脂砂。醇基刚玉粉涂料涂层砂铸型的表面粗糙度最高,存在一些夹渣缺陷,醇基锆英粉涂料和醇基石英粉-石墨粉涂料涂层铸型的表面光洁度差别不大,3种涂层合金的显微组织差异较小。醇基石英粉-石墨粉涂料涂层铸型的综合力学性能最高,醇基刚玉粉涂料涂层铸型的综合力学性能最低。
Effects of sand molds and coatings on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL702A alloy were investigated by metallographic microscope and tensile test at room temperature.The results indicate that the comprehensive mechanical properties of metal mold casting are desirable,while those of the piper resin sand mold casting are the worst,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the furan resin sand mold casting are similar to those of the chromite sand mold.Therefore,furan resin sand was adopted considering the industrial cost.The surface roughness of sand mold casting with alcohol based corundum powder coating is the worst with slag inclusion defects,and surface roughness of casting with alcohol based zircon powder coating has little difference to those of that with alkyl stone power graphite powder coating.The difference between three kinds of coating alloys can be ingnored.The comprehensive mechanical properties of casting with alkyl stone power graphite powder coating are desirable,while those of that with alcohol based corundum powder coating are the lowest.
