摘要 本研究旨在探究农作物产品的生物技术壁垒与贸易保护问题,以促进公平贸易和可持续发展。首先,本研究详细介绍了生物技术在农作物育种中的应用,包括转基因技术、基因编辑技术等,以及其对农作物品质和产量的影响。其次,分析了转基因作物的市场准入限制和禁止或限制转基因作物的国家和地区,探讨其对贸易的影响,并结合具体案例进行分析。进一步讨论了贸易保护措施的类型和影响,以及贸易争端案例分析,特别聚焦美国对欧盟的转基因食品标签争端,分析争端的原因、影响和解决方式。最后,提出了解决生物技术壁垒和贸易保护的途径,包括加强科学评估和风险管理、推动技术转让和容忍度以及促进贸易自由化和合作。本研究结果对政策制定者和农业利益相关者具有重要指导意义。 This study aims to investigate the biotechnological barriers and trade protection issues in agricultural crop products,with the goal of promoting fair trade and sustainable development.Firstly,it provides a detailed introduction to the application of biotechnology in crop breeding,including genetically modified technology,gene editing technology,and their impacts on crop quality and yield.Secondly,it analyzes the market access restrictions on genetically modified crops and the countries or regions that prohibit or restrict genetically modified crops,and discusses its impact on trade,and analyzes the specific cases.Furthermore,the study discusses the types and impacts of trade protection measures and presents a case analysis of trade disputes,with a particular focus on the United States-European Union conflict regarding genetically modified food labeling.It analyzes the causes,effects,and potential solutions to this dispute.Finally,it proposes approaches to address biotechnological barriers and trade protection,such as strengthening scientific evaluation and risk management,promoting technology transfer and tolerance,and facilitating trade liberalization and cooperation.The findings of this study are of significant importance to policymakers and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
