NaCl对糖-尿素法制备纳米CeO_(2)颗粒的影响

摘要 为寻找一种绿色高效的纳米CeO_(2)制备方法,采用葡萄糖-尿素低共熔体系作为溶剂,一步法制备出纳米CeO_(2)并使用NaCl作为阻隔剂提高其分散性。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电镜等表征手段对材料进行表征测试。结果表明:所制备的纳米CeO_(2)均为球形,粒径分布2~9 nm。随着NaCl添加量的增加,CeO_(2)的粒径、分散性及比表面积均呈现先增加后减少的趋势,当硝酸铈与NaCl的质量比为1∶3时,CeO_(2)-5粒径最小为2.51 nm,比表面积最大为75 m^(2)/g,分散程度最好。因此,合适的NaCl添加量有利于分散的纳米CeO_(2)形成。 To develop a green and facile method for nano CeO_(2)preparation,a eutectic system of glucose-urea was used as a solvent to prepare nano CeO_(2)by a one-step method and NaCl was used as a barrier to improve its dispersity.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and other methods were used to characterize the materials.The results revealed that the morphology of nano CeO_(2)is spherical,with a particle size distribution of 2-9 nm.And the particle sizes,dispersity and specific surface area increase first,then decreases with the increase of NaCl addition.When the mass ratio of erium nitrate and NaCl is 1∶3,the minimum particle size of CeO_(2)-5 is 2.51 nm,the maximum specific surface area is 116 m^(2)/g,and its dispersion degree is the best.Therefore,the appropriate amount of NaCl is conducive to the formation of dispersed nano CeO_(2).
