摘要
思茅松是我国生长最快且用途广泛的松树之一,因为缺乏科学的育种策略指导,致使遗传改良长期停滞于第1代水平。为了有效推进其高世代遗传改良,本文对第1轮遗传改良的成果和经验进行行了全面的分析总结,根据其树种特性,参考国内外松属树种的成功经验,首次提出思茅松高世代育种策略。采用国际上林木多轮育种的基本概念与通用做法,系统地划分和组建思茅松高世代遗传改良基本群体、选择群体、育种群体和生产群体,以期在控制高世代育种近交水平、有效管理育种材料和充分利用思茅松生长优势等方面发挥重要作用。
Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis is the most fast growing pine in China with multiple uses,but its genetic improvement has been delayed for long time since the completion of 1st round improvement due much to lacking of a sound high generation breeding strategy.A breeding strategy for the pine is developed for the first time to facilitate the ongoing high generation genetic improvement,based on an in-depth review on the 1st round genetic improvement and breeding resources,and with reference to experiences from similar species both at home and abroad.The tree breeding strategy has systematically made clear the goals and the methods to establish the base population,selected population,breeding population and production population for the high generation genetic improvement.The high generation breeding strategy for the pine will surely play fundamental roles in such aspects as controlling multi-generation inbreeding level,effectively managing breeding materials,and making full use of its fast-growing advantage.
