姬塬合水油田注水系统腐蚀原因分析对策研究

Corrosion analysis and countermeasures of water injection system in Jiyuan and Heshui oilfield

针对长庆油田注水系统腐蚀严重现象,本文分析了姬塬合水油田注水系统的腐蚀规律和主要影响因素。通过室内和现场腐蚀挂片实验,提出了可行的防腐技术对策,对该地区制定有效措施提供技术依据和有力保障,有利于油田安全生产。

Aiming at the serious corrosion of water injection system in Changqing oilfield,this paper analyzes the corrosion law and main influencing factors of water injection system in Jiyuan Heshui oilfield.Through indoor and field corrosion coupon experiments,feasible technical countermeasures to slow down corrosion are put forward,which provides technical basis and strong guarantee for the formulation of effective measures in this area,which is conducive to the safe production of oilfield.
