摘要
催化裂化装置气压机中间冷却器在运行过程中受内外侧介质腐蚀、结垢的影响,中间冷却器发生泄漏,高压侧富气泄漏进入循环水系统,对循环水系统造成冲击,因冷却器泄漏无法切除,检修十分困难。通过分析腐蚀介质的来源与工艺条件,结合现场实际情况,制定相应处置措施,消除高压侧富气泄漏对循环水系统造成的冲击,保证装置长周期运行。
The pneumatic intercooler in catalytic cracking unit is affected by the inner and outer medium corrosion and scaling during operation.The intercooler leaks,and the high pressure side gas leaks into the circulating water system,causing impact on the circulating water system.Because the leakage of the cooler cannot be removed,maintenance is very difficult.By analyzing the source and process conditions of the corrosive medium and combining with the actual situation of the site,the corresponding disposal measures are formulated to eliminate the impact of rich gas leakage on the circulating water system at the high pressure side and ensure the long cycle operation of the device.
