基于微信软件的适时教学方法在麻醉学专业 学生临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于微信软件的适时教学方法在五年制麻醉学专业学生临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月至2022年5月分别在温州医科大学附属第一医院麻醉科进行临床实习的本校2016级和2017级五年制麻醉学专业40名学生为研究对象。采用试验对照研究方法,将2021年9月至2022年5月进行临床实习的2017级五年制麻醉学专业20名学生设为试验组,采用基于微信软件的适时教学方法开展课堂教学和临床技能培训;将2020年9月至2021年5月进行临床实习的2016级五年制麻醉学专业20名学生设为对照组,采用传统教学方法开展课堂教学和临床技能培训。临床实习结束后,比较两组学生基本理论知识、临床思维能力、临床技能考核成绩和教学方法满意度调查结果。结果试验组学生基本理论知识[(83.83±4.08)分vs.(79.90±2.46)分]、临床思维能力[(81.20±4.49)分vs.(77.70±3.55)分]和临床技能操作[(81.80±6.45)分vs.(77.60±6.43)分]评分均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组学生对教学方法的满意度评分[提高整体课程质量(24.15±1.09)分vs.(19.70±1.98)分,增强实践教学参与度(23.35±1.53)分vs.(19.75±2.94)分,锻炼沟通能力(24.95±1.54)分vs.(22.55±1.57)分,激发自主学习兴趣(23.10±2.00)分vs.(16.65±2.30)分,提高分析总结能力(24.35±1.45)分vs.(20.60±1.82)分,培养技能操作能力(23.65±1.35)分vs.(19.80±1.54)分]均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于微信软件的适时教学方法可以显著提高麻醉学专业学生临床实习教学质量。 Objective To investigate the application of WeChat-based just-in-time-teaching method in clinical practice teaching for undergraduate students majoring in anesthesiology.Methods Forty undergraduates of grade 2016 and 2017 majoring in anesthesiology who were involved in clinical practice in Department of Anesthesiology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from September 2020 to May 2022,were included in this study.In this controlled trial,twenty undergraduates of grade 2017 majoring in anesthesiology who were involved in clinical practice from September 2021 to May 2022 were included in the experimental group,and classroom teaching and clinical skills training were performed with the WeChat-based just-in-time-teaching method,while another twenty undergraduates of grade 2016 majoring in anesthesiology from September 2020 to May 2021 were included in the control group,and classroom teaching and clinical skills training were performed with the traditional teaching method.For graduates assessment,the scores of the theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking ability and clinical skill of the two groups were recorded,and the students satisfaction with the teaching methods was also scored.Results Compared with the control group,the scores on theoretical knowledge(83.83±4.08 vs.79.90±2.46),clinical thinking ability(81.20±4.49 vs.77.70±3.55)and clinical skills(81.80±6.45 vs.77.60±6.43)were higher in the experimental group(all P<0.05),and the students had higher satisfaction scores as well(improving the overall course quality,24.15±1.09 vs.19.70±1.98;enhancing the participation in teaching,23.35±1.53 vs.19.75±2.94;improving communicating skill,24.95±1.54 vs.22.55±1.57;stimulating interest in autonomous learning,23.10±2.00 vs.16.65±2.30;improving the ability of analysis and summary,24.35±1.45 vs.20.60±1.82;training practical ability,23.65±1.35 vs.19.80±1.54;all P<0.05).Conclusions The WeChat-based just-in-time-teaching method significantly improves the teaching quality of clinical practice for undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology.
