石膏用聚羧酸减水剂的制备与分散性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、巯基乙醇为主要原材料,利用氧化还原引发自由基聚合合成一种适用于建筑石膏的聚羧酸减水剂,研究了不同酸醚比的聚羧酸减水剂对石膏凝结时间、流动度以及水化温度的影响。结果表明,大单体相对分子质量为4800,酸醚比为3.0时制得的减水剂效果最好;与市面上现有适用于石膏的萘系减水剂相比,在0.1%的掺量下,制备的聚羧酸减水剂分散性好,且具有一定的缓凝作用,可以减少缓凝剂的使用且绿色环保。 A polycarboxylate superplasticizer suitable for building plaster was synthesized using methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether,acrylic acid,and mercaptoethanol as the main raw materials,through redox initiated free radical polymerization.The effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizers with different acid-ether ratios on setting time,fluidity,and hydration temperature of gypsum were studied.The results showed that the best superplasticizing effect was obtained when the acid-ether ratio was 3.0 and the monomer molecular weight was 4800.Compared with the existing naphthalene-based superplasticizers on the market,with 0.1%dosage,this superplasticizer has the advantages of high water reduction,certain retarding effect,which can reduce the use of retarders and is green and environmentally friendly.
