纳米改性水泥基渗透结晶材料提高混凝土防水性能研究

摘要 水泥基渗透结晶防水材料常被用于提高混凝土防水性能。研究了纳米改性水泥基渗透结晶材料的工作性能和对混凝土防水性能的改善效果,并探讨其作用机理。结果表明,纳米改性水泥基渗透结晶材料施工性能好,在水灰比0.40~0.50下,流动度保持在140~220 mm,能够满足涂刷需要。涂刷纳米改性水泥基渗透结晶材料后,砂浆毛细吸水高度降低了22.3%,归因于砂浆表层孔径细化、孔隙率降低。 Cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing(CCCW)materials have been widely applied to enhance the waterproofing performance of concrete.The workability of nano-modified CCCW(N-CCCW)and the improvement of the waterproofing performance of modified concrete were studied,as well as the underlying mechanism was discussed.The results show that N-CCCW has good workability,with a fluidity of 140~220 mm at the W/C ratio of 0.40~0.50.N-CCCW can reduce the capillary water absorption height of cement mortar by 22.3%,attributing to the pore size refinement of cement mortar and porosity decrease.
