Study on the development of medical resources and services of Guangzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital in the past 15 years

目的:分析广州市“中医药强市”建设以来中医医院医疗资源和医疗服务发展状况,为广州市“十四五”期间进一步打造中医药强市提供参考。方法:选取中医医院医疗资源和医疗服务相关方面的评价指标,对2007-2021年的指标数据进行统计分析。结果:近15年广州市中医医院机构数由2007年的27所增加到2021年的38所,增长率为40.74%,床位数增长率为141.66%,人力资源指标增长率为150%200%;医疗服务量总体不断上升,2017年之后出现下降趋势,新冠病毒疫情前的病床使用率相对稳定,医师工作负荷逐渐下降。结论:2007-2021年广州市中医医院医疗资源总量增长明显,医疗服务总体发展良好,患者对中医诊疗服务需求不断增加;新冠病毒疫情期间对中医医院医疗服务发展影响较大,应加快完善中医医院应急保障能力建设。

Objective:To analyze the status of the development of medical resources and medical services in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals since the construction of the"strong city of traditional Chinese medicine"in Guangzhou,and to provide a reference for further creating a strong city of traditional Chinese medicine during the"14th Five-Year Plan"in Guangzhou.Methods:The evaluation indicators of medical resources and related aspects of medical services in TCM hospitals were selected,and the data of the indicators from 2007 to 2021 were statistically analyzed.Results:The number of institutions of TCM hospitals in Guangzhou in the recent fifteen years increased from 27 in 2007 to 38 in 2021,with a growth rate of 40.74%,a bed median growth rate of 141.66%,and an HR indicator growth rate around 150%-200%;The volume of medical services has been increasing overall,with a decreasing trend after 2017.The rate of bed use before the outbreak was relatively stable,and the physician workload gradually decreased.Conclusion:The total increase of medical resources in Guangzhou Hospital of TCM was obvious in 2007-2021,the overall development of medical services was good,and the demand of patients for diagnosis and treatment services of TCM increased continuously;The outbreak period had a greater impact on the development of medical services in TCM hospitals,and the construction of emergency protection capacity in TCM hospitals should be accelerated.
