中医辨证治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展

Progress of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatments of chronic heart failure

慢性心力衰竭发病率、再住院率及病死率高,严重危害人类健康。通过对近5年以来治疗慢性心力衰竭的文献梳理,探讨其病因(如外感、内伤等)和病机(如气虚、血瘀等),证型如气虚证、血瘀证、阳虚证、阴虚证等和其相关辨证论治,治疗方法如口服经典汤剂及中成药以及中西结合治疗和实验研究等,总结近年来中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的最新进展,以利于充分发挥中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的优势,促进中医药在防治慢性心力衰竭临床中的广泛应用。

Chronic heart failure has a high morbidity,rehospitalization rate and mortality rate,which endangers human health seriously.By sorting out the literature on the treatments of CHF in recent 5 years,this article discusses its etiology such as external and internal injuries and syndrome such as qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome,etc and their differentiation and classification.Besides,treatment methods such as classic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction and Chinese patent medicine,as well as integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine and experimental research,and summarizes the treatment of CHF with TCM in recent years were also discussed.This work summarizes the latest progress of TCM in the treatment of CHF in recent years,so as to give full play to the advantages of TCM in the treatment of CHF and promote the wide application of TCM in the prevention and treatment of CHF.
