摘要
习近平总书记有关“思政课的本质是讲道理”的论断,引起了思政课教师与学者对思政课性质和功能的思考与讨论。该论断从社会功能角度明确了思政课铸魂育人、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的社会政治属性,从课程满足个体成长需要角度明确了思政课通过思想政治理论教育促进学生正确价值观形成的教育教学本质。对于高职思政教师该如何理解思政课讲道理的本质,并在教学过程中彰显这一本质,通过对国家有关思政课政策和文件精神的研读、高职院校思政课教育现状的经验性观察、事实性梳理和部分实证类调研数据的分析,从社会政治属性维度、教育内涵构成维度、高职学生特质维度、高等教育类型维度、教育方法论维度逐一针对性剖析,发现高职教师若能贯通思政课政治性和学理性、吃透思政课基本原理和最新理论成果、掌握高职学情、对标高职人才培养特色、灵活运用契合高职学生的教学方法,就能做到把思政课的道理讲深、讲透、讲好、讲对、讲活,让道理可信、好听、有用,让学生能懂、爱听。与此同时,重视高职思政课教师队伍建设,数量质量齐抓并进,教师明确“六要”,练好内功,充分利用并发挥高职产教融合、校企合作的优势,以“大思政”思维拓展教学平台与资源,鼓励学生用心体悟,这些努力也有助于保障思政课讲道理的本质得到真正落实。
General Secretary Xi Jinping's judgement that “The essence of ideological and political courses is to bring out facts and reasons” has aroused heated discussion on the essence and function of ideological and political courses.From a social function perspective,this judgement points out the educational,social and political attributes of ideological and political courses,which is to educate people,help students to form correct values,and cultivate socialist builders and successors.How can teachers understand these attributes and demonstrate them in teaching process? If teachers make these efforts,such as unifying the political nature and academic rationality of ideological and political courses,understanding the basic principles in ideological and political theory,following the characteristics of talent education in vocational education,adopting suitable teaching methods flexibly,they can explain theories clearly and thoroughly.
