Patent applications for pesticide intermediate compounds become one of the important strategies for patent layouts of pesticide compounds.In order to accurately determine whether pesticide intermediate is creative and ultimately patented for pesticide intermediate,based on the Guidelines for Patent Examining and analyses of related cases,this document researches on creativity of intermediate invention patents in pesticides and is expected to provide an insight into the judgment of patent application and placement on pesticide intermediate patents.
