摘要 有害生物耐药性的增强和高风险农药的禁限用迫切需要新型绿色农药。异噁唑啉类杀虫剂是作物保护和动物保健领域的新热点。作为先正达公司新开发的首个异噁唑啉类杀虫剂,异噁唑虫酰胺具有独特的化学结构和作用机制、广谱高效的杀虫活性、较高的环境生态安全性以及相对较低的生产和使用成本,目前正在全球进行田间试验和应用登记,市场前景广阔。对异噁唑虫酰胺的理化性质、毒性、作用机制、生物活性、代谢残留、合成分析和制剂应用等进行总结介绍,旨在为异噁唑虫酰胺及同类杀虫剂的研究开发与应用提供指导。 The increase of pest resistance and the bans and restrictions of high-risk pesticides urgently require new green pesticides.The isoxazoline class of insecticides is a new hotspot among the crop protection and animal health industry.As the first new isooxazoline insecticide newly developed by Syngenta,isocycloseram has unique chemical structure and mechanism of action,broad insecticidal spectrum,high-efficient activity,good environmental and ecological safety and relatively low production and use costs.It is undergoing global field trials and application registrations with broad market prospects.The physicochemical properties,toxicity,mechanism of action,biological activity,metabolism and residue,synthesis and analysis,formulation and application of isocycloseram were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide guidance for the research,development and application of this insecticide and other insecticides of the same chemical family.
