乙基多杀菌素和烯啶虫胺等10种药剂防治甘蔗蓟马田间药效试验

摘要 明确乙基多杀菌素和烯啶虫胺等10种药剂对甘蔗蓟马的田间防治效果,为甘蔗蓟马防治提供科学指导。在甘蔗蓟马发生高峰期,采用背负式电动喷雾器将药剂喷施至甘蔗心叶及与心叶相连的顺数第1、2叶片,于药后3、10 d分别测定对蓟马的防治效果。结果表明:60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC 36 g a.i./hm^(2)、50%烯啶虫胺WP 120 g a.i./hm^(2)对甘蔗蓟马的防效优于其他药剂,药后3 d的防效分别为93.3%、90.8%,药后10 d的防效分别为82.5%、84.6%,2种药剂无显著差异;其余药剂药后3、10 d防效均低于75%。建议在甘蔗蓟马发生高峰期,使用60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC 36 g a.i./hm^(2)或50%烯啶虫胺WP 120 g a.i./hm^(2)能有效防控甘蔗蓟马。 The control efficacy of 10 insecticides against sugarcane thrips was clarified,providing scientific guidance for the control of sugarcane thrips.During the peak occurrence of sugarcane thrips,the sugarcane heart leaf and the first and second leaves connected to the heart leaf were sprayed with 10 pesticides by the piggyback electric sprayer.Then,the control efficacy of 10 pesticides against sugarcane thrips were determined at 3 and 10 days after treatment,respectively.The results revealed that spinetoram 60 g/L SC 36 g a.i./ha and nitenpyram 50%WP 120 g a.i./ha had the best control effect on sugarcane thrips,with the efficacy of 93.3%,90.8%and 82.5%、84.6%after treatment 3 and 10 days,respectively,exhibiting no significant differences between the two insecticides.The other insecticides showed control efficacy less than75%after 3 and 10 days against sugarcane thrips.Together,these findings indicate that application of spinetoram 60 g/L SC 36 g a.i./ha or nitenpyram 50%WP 36 g a.i./ha are recommended to be an effective solution for controlling sugarcane thrips during the peak of thrips occurrence.
