摘要
目的探究银杏雄花序中挥发性成分的组成和相对含量。方法采用顶空固相微萃取法萃取银杏雄花序中的化学成分,使用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析与鉴定其挥发性成分,以面积归一化法计算化学成分的相对含量。结果从银杏雄花序中分析鉴定出35种挥发性成分,包括醇类、萜类、酯类等,其中,环戊环庚烯(25.37%)、甲酸已酯(10.33%)、乙醇(8.78%)、1-辛烯-3-醇(6.97%)、正庚醛(6.14%)、3-辛酮(5.59%)等成分的含量较高。结论所用方法能高效、准确地鉴定银杏雄花序的挥发性成分,适用于银杏雄花资源的开发利用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the composition and relative content of volatile components in the male inflorescences of Ginkgo biloba.METHODS The volatile components were extracted by Headspace solid-phase microextraction and analyzed by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the relative content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.RESULTS A total of 35 kinds of volatile components were identified in the male inflorescence,including alcohols,terpenes,esters,etc.Among them,cyclopentacycloheptene(25.37%),hexyl formate(10.33%),ethanol(8.78%),1-octen-3-ol(6.97%),heptanal(6.14%),3-octanone(5.59%)had relatively higher contents.CONCLUSION The method can identify the volatile components in the male inflorescences of G.biloba efficiently and accurately,which is suitable for the development and utilization of G.biloba male inflorescences resources.
