贫水高新区AM-OLED工业废水规模化回用工程实例

Large-scale AM-OLED industrial wastewater reuse projects in water-deficient hi-tech zone

摘要 以北方某新兴产业示范园区AM-OLED面板生产企业排放的废水处理及回用工程为实例,介绍了AM-OLED废水的来源、处理及回用工艺、主要处理构筑物参数及运行效果。针对废水含有金属离子、有机溶剂、氟化物、SiO_(2)、高分子胺等较难去除物质的特点,采用反应沉淀+水解酸化+AAO+沉淀+过滤+臭氧氧化+活性炭吸附+超滤反渗透的组合工艺,反渗透淡水处理至满足AM-OLED企业回用水标准(浊度<5 NTU、COD<10 mg/L、BOD_(5)<2 mg/L、NH_(3)-N<2 mg/L、TP<0.2 mg/L、TDS<380 mg/L等)后回用,浓水经澄清+AAO+沉淀+过滤处理至满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准后排放。工程位于北方缺水地区,工程投产后,淡水产水率及出水水质稳定达到企业回用要求,为企业每日节约水费约8万元,浓水处理系统运行稳定,出水各项指标全面达标,具有较高的环境效益、经济效益和可持续发展潜力。 Taking the wastewater treatment and reuse project of AM-OLED panel production enterprise in a new industrial demonstration park in northern China as an example,the source,treatment and reuse process of the AM-OLED wastewater,main treatment structure parameters and operation effect were introduced.For wastewater containing metal ions,organic solvents,fluorides,SiO_(2),macromolecular amines and other sub⁃stances that were difficult to remove,the combined process of reaction precipitation,hydrolytic acidification,AAO,precipitation,filtration,ozone oxidation,activated carbon adsorption,ultrafiltration and reverse osmo⁃sis was adopted.The reverse osmosis fresh water was treated to meet the AM-OLED enterprise reuse water stan⁃dard(turbidity<5 NTU,COD<10 mg/L,BOD_(5)<2 mg/L,NH_(3)-N<2 mg/L,TP<0.2 mg/L,TDS<380 mg/L,etc.)and then reused.The concentrated water was discharged after clarification,AAO,sedimentation and filtration to meet the class A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).The project was located in the water-deficiency area in the north of China.After the proj⁃ect was put into operation,the fresh water production rate and effluent quality were stable enough to meet the re⁃use standard of the industry,and a daily water cost up to 80000 yuan was saved.The concentrated water treat⁃ment system ran stably,and all the indicators of the effluent met the standard,which had high environmental benefits,economic benefits and sustainable development potential.
