广东省水利工程白蚁防治技术与策略研究

Research on termite prevention techniques and strategies for water structures in Guangdong Province

白蚁危害是广东省水利工程管理中常见的严重问题,具有普遍性、严重性和反复性等特征。总结了广东水利工程白蚁防治技术应用和实践经验,系统分析广东水利工程白蚁防治技术措施“三环节八程序”的内容、特点及成效,在实践基础上,面向持续保障水利工程安全运行目标,从构建专业管理机构网络、建立健全规章制度、多渠道保障经费、完善技术规范及概算定额、加强人员培训等方面研究提出广东水利工程白蚁防治保障策略建议。

Termite damage poses a significant and common challenge in the management of water structures across Guangdong Province,characterized by its widespread,severe,and repetitive nature.This study compiles practical experiences in termite prevention and control techniques within water structures in Guangdong.A comprehensive analysis is conducted on the effectiveness and distinctive features of the“three-link and eight-step”termite prevention and control strategy.Drawing on these insights,this study presents strategic recommendations aimed at safeguarding water structure operations in Guangdong Province,including the establishment of a specialized management network,the development and enforcement of comprehensive regulatory frameworks,diversification of funding sources,refinement of technical standards and budget estimations,and the enhancement of personnel training.These collective efforts are intended to uphold the secure functioning of water structures throughout Guangdong.
