2019-2022 年某院中药配方颗粒与中药饮片使用情况分析

Analysis on the use of Dispensing Granule Of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Herbal Piece in our hospital from 2019 to 2022

目的:调查2019—2022年中山大学附属第五医院不同剂型中药的使用情况,分析用药规律,为中药的采购、使用和发展提供参考。方法:调取2019—2022年中山大学附属第五医院中药使用数据,分析中药饮片及中药配方颗粒的使用情况。结果:2019—2022年的年总消耗量、2022年中山大学附属第五医院总消耗金额呈波动趋势,2019年的年总消耗量最大,2022年的年总消耗金额最高。消耗量排名前5位的功效分类、排名前10位的品种保持基本稳定。中药配方颗粒的用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)大部分高于中药饮片。结论:中药配方颗粒目前已成为医院临床应用的主要形式之一,与中药饮片在临床上互补共存,临床上应重视不同剂型中药的合理应用,以满足不同患者的用药需求。

Objective The use of different dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine in Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University was compared from 2019 to 2022,and analyze medication rules to provide reference for the purchase,use and development of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Collect the data on the use of traditional Chinese medicine from 2019 to 2022,and analyze the use of Chinese herbal piece and dispensing granule of Chinese medicine.Results The total annual consumption and the total annual consumption amount from 2019 to 2022 were collected.The total annual consumption in 2019 was the largest,and the total annual consumption amount in 2022 was the highest.The top five efficacy categories and the top ten varieties in terms of consumption remained basically stable.Most of the DDDs and DDC values of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules were higher than those of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Conclusions Dispensing granule of Chinese medicine have become one of the main forms of clinical application in hospitals,and they coexist with Chinese herbal piece in clinical practice.In clinical practice,attention should be paid to the rational application of different dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine to meet the medication needs of different patients.
