摘要
动脉粥样硬化(AS)是导致心脑血管事件的重要因素,早期发现并施加干预是提高患者生存预后最经济有效的手段,然而AS的发病机制并未完全阐明。以往对于AS的研究集中在单核巨噬泡沫细胞的形成和内皮细胞的损伤等,近年来的研究发现树突状细胞(DC)也可以参与其中。DC是一种重要的固有免疫细胞,能够强有效地启动适应性免疫应答,这一过程涉及细胞因子分泌和胞内信号转导等复杂过程,深入理解DC与AS的关系具有重要的意义。
Atherosclerosis(AS)is an important factor leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Early detection and intervention are the most economical and effective means to improve the survival prognosis of patients.However,the pathogenesis of AS has not been fully elucidated.Previous studies on AS have focused on the formation of monocyte-macrophage-foam cells and the injury of endothelial cells,and in recent years,it has been found that dendritic cell(DC)can also be involved.DC is an important innate immune cell that can effectively initiate adaptive immune response,which involves complex processes such as cytokine secretion and intracellular signal transduction.It is of great significance to further understand the relationship between DC and AS.
