摘要
“双减”政策为艺术类活动培训及音乐课后服务排除障碍的同时也提供了政策保障和良好契机。“双减”背景下实施音乐课后服务对于学生、学校与社会等各方均意义重大。作为实施课后服务主体的学校应该因地制宜,努力创造条件拓展空间保障,积极挖掘校外师资力量及创设丰富的音乐课程;校外各级各类培训机构的主管审批监管部门应互相协同配合,形成监管共识;教育主管部门尽早建立督导评价机制,促进音乐课后服务提质,有效激发师生参与音乐课后服务的主动性与积极性,以培养学生音乐艺术的兴趣和能力,实现美育目标。
The double reduction policy not only removes obstacles for art activities training and music after-school services,but also provides policy guarantee and good opportunities.Under the background of double reduction,the implementation of music after-school service is of great significance to students,schools and society.As the main body of implementing after-school services,schools should adapt to local conditions,strive to create conditions to expand spctial security,and actively tap into the resources of extracurricular teachers to create rich music courses.The supervisory approval and supervision departments of various types of training institutions at all levels outside the school should collaborate and cooperate with each other to form a regulatory consensus.The education regulatory department should establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism as soon as possible to promote the improvement of music after-school services,effectively stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in it,thereby cultivating students interest and ability in music art,and achieving aesthetic education goals.
