摘要
长链非编码RNA指包括食管癌在内的许多人类肿瘤发展过程中重要的调控分子,可以通过染色质重构、改变组蛋白修饰以及与转录因子结合等方式调控肿瘤相关基因的表达。长链非编码RNA具有作为食管癌诊断和预后的新生物标志物的临床应用潜力,有望成为食管癌的潜在治疗靶点。该文就长链非编码RNA在食管癌中的调控及分子作用机制进行综述。
Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)are important regulatory molecules in the development and progression of many human cancers,including esophageal cancer(EC).Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that LncRNAs may regulate gene expression through chromatin remodeling,recruitment histone-modifying complexes to chromatin or combination with transcription factors,and through post-transcriptional processing based on the interaction with RNAs or proteins.Here,we focus on introducing the modes of regulatory mechanisms and functional roles of LncRNAs in EC.Moreover,LncRNAs have clinical application potential to be served as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers and promising therapeutic target for EC treatment.
