摘要
支气管肺发育不良(BPD)是早产儿尤其是极早早产儿、低出生体质量儿最常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,以肺泡和肺血管发育不良为主要特征。该文综述了BPD的高危因素及防治进展。
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is the most common chronic respiratory disease characterized by alveolar and pulmonary vascular dysplasia in premature infants,especially in extremely preterm infants and low birth weight infants.This article reviews the advances on high risk factors,prevention and treatment of BPD.
