生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌训练对压力性尿失禁的治疗效果

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌训练对压力性尿失禁的治疗效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年10月于本院治疗的72例压力性尿失禁患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。对照组采用单纯盆底肌训练方法治疗,观察组采用盆底肌训练联合生物反馈电刺激方法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、盆底肌力等级及盆底肌电位水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3周,观察组盆底肌力等级明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后3周,两组测试前基线和测试后基线比较差异无统计学意义,观察组快速收缩、持续性收缩和耐受收缩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌训练治疗压力性尿失禁患者疗效显著,改善患者盆底肌力和盆底肌电位水平,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training on stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 72 patients with stress urinary incontinence treated from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as study subjects,and they were randomized into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training method alone,and the observation group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation method,the clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength level and pelvic floor muscle potential level were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3 weeks after treatment,the pelvic floor strength level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3 weeks after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the pre-test baseline and post-test baseline between the two groups,the rapid contraction,sustained contraction and tolerance contraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training has remarkable efficacy in treating patients with stress urinary incontinence,improving pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor muscle potential level,and promoting patient recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
