左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的效果及安全性研究

The clinical effect and safety of levocarnitine oral solution combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia

目的探讨左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的效果及安全性。方法选取2020年5月至2021年1月于本院接受治疗的102例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组51例。对照组予血液透析治疗,观察组予左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗,比较两组治疗前后营养指标血红蛋白(HB)、前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(Alb)、血浆总蛋白(TP)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组HB、PA、Alb、TP水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症疗效显著,可提高患者营养指标水平,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of levocarnitine oral solution combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods A total of 102 patients with uremia who received treatment in our hospital from May 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given hemodialysis treatment,and the observation group was given levocarnitine oral solution combined with hemodialysis treatment.The nutritional indicators of hemoglobin(HB),prealbumin(PA),albumin(Alb),totalplasmaprotein(TP)levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of HB,PA,Alb and TP in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Levocarnitine oral solution combined with hemodialysis is effective in the treatment of uremia,can improve the level of nutritional indexes,and is safe,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
