氢化可的松联合胸腺肽α1治疗脓毒症休克的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的分析氢化可的松联合胸腺肽α1治疗脓毒症休克的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月于本院因脓毒症休克进行治疗的94例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=48),对照组采用氢化可的松治疗,观察组采用氢化可的松联合胸腺肽α1治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能指标(CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))。结果观察组治疗总有效率(64.58%)高于对照组(34.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢化可的松联合胸腺肽α1治疗脓毒症休克患者疗效显著,有助于改善免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hydrocortisone combined with thymosinα1 in the treatment of patients with septic shock and its influence on immune function.Methods 94 patients who entered our hospital for septic shock from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with hydrocortisone,and the observation group was treated with hydrocortisone combined with thymosinα1,the clinical efficacy and immune function indexes(CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(64.58%)was higher than that in the control group(34.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocortisone combined with thymosinα1 is effective in the treatment of patients with septic shock and helps to improve immune function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
