摘要
目的探究血降钙素原(PCT)联合痰培养检测在呼吸系统感染中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2020年4月本院收治的150例呼吸系统感染患者作为研究对象,所有患者均予以血降钙素原与痰培养检测。比较两种检测方式及联合检测的阳性率,分析痰培养阳性、阴性结果与PCT水平的关系,比较痰培养检测出的不同病原菌与PCT水平的关系。结果150例患者中,痰培养的阳性检出率为36.00%,PCT的阳性检出率为66.00%,痰培养与PCT联合检测的阳性率为72.00%。痰培养真菌、革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌感染人群PCT水平高于阴性人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。痰培养真菌感染人群的PCT阳性率为87.50%,革兰氏阳性菌感染人群的PCT阳性率为100.00%、革兰氏阴性菌感染人群的PCT阳性率为78.13%。痰培养菌群阳性患者PCT水平高于阴性人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3种菌群的PCT水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论PCT与痰培养联合检测可早期排除和诊断呼吸系统感染,提高诊断效果,对扩大疾病检测范围具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application value of blood procalcitonin(PCT)combined with sputum culture detection in respiratory system infection.Methods 150 patients with respiratory system infection admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects.All patients were tested for blood calcitonin and sputum culture,the positive rate of the two test methods and the combined test were compared,analyze the relationship between the positive and negative results of sputum culture and the PCT level,and compare the relationship between the different pathogenic bacteria detected by sputum culture and the PCT level.Results In 150 patients,the positive rate of sputum culture and PCT was 36.00%,66.00%and 72.00%,respectively.The level of PCT in sputum culture fungi,gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria infected people was higher than that in negative people,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCT was 87.50%in people infected with sputum culture fungi,100.00%in people infected with gram-positive bacteria and 78.13%in people infected with gram-negative bacteria.The PCT level of sputum culture positive patients was higher than that of negative people,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the PCT levels of the three bacterial groups.Conclusion The combined detection of PCT and sputum culture can eliminate and diagnose respiratory system infection in the early stage,improve the diagnostic effect,and play a positive role in expanding the scope of disease detection.
