摘要
目的研究微课堂结合问题驱动教学法运用于老年慢性呼吸系统疾病康复护理带教中的价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院接收的85名专科护士培训学员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=44)与对照组(n=41)。实验组实施微课堂结合问题驱动教学法,对照组实施常规带教,比较两组带教效果、自我学习能力、对带教的满意程度。结果实验组成绩优秀/良好占比高于对照组,一般/不及格占比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组表达能力、学习兴趣、自主学习能力、团队协作能力、灵活运用知识、知识扩展程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组任务分析、自我监控与调节、自我动机信念、自我评价评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组带教态度、带教水平、带教责任心评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微课堂结合问题驱动教学法的效果显著,能提升培训学员的考核成绩,锻炼其自我学习能力,并提升学习兴趣,培训学员对带教的满意度较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of micro classroom combined with problem driven teaching method in rehabilitation nurse teaching of elderly patients with chronic respiratory diseases.Methods 85 nurse trainees admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group(n=44)and control group(n=41)according to random number table method.The experimental group took the micro classroom combined with problem driven teaching method,and the control group took the conventional teaching,the teaching effect,self-learning ability and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of excellent and good scores in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of ordinary and failing scores was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of expression ability,learning interest,autonomous learning ability,team cooperation ability,flexible use of knowledge and knowledge expansion degree in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of task analysis,self-monitoring and regulation,self motivation belief and self-evaluation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching attitude,teaching level and responsibility in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of micro classroom combined with problem driven teaching method is significant,which can improve the assessment results of trainees,exercise their self-learning ability and enhance their interest in learning,the trainees'satisfaction with teaching is higher,which is worthy of promotion.
