爆灯火疗法联合小儿推拿对小儿腹泻患者腹泻次数、免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响

The Impacts of Exploding Light Fire Therapy Combined with InfantileMassage on Diarrhea Frequency,Immune Function and IntestinalFlora in Children with Diarrhea

目的探究爆灯火疗法联合小儿推拿对小儿腹泻患者腹泻次数、免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响。方法选取本院于2020年4月至2022年5月收治的102例小儿腹泻患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(51例)和观察组(51例),其中对照组在常规治疗基础上给予小儿推拿治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予爆灯火疗法。比较两组临床疗效、腹泻次数、免疫功能(IgA、IgG、IgM)、肠道菌群(肠球菌、乳杆菌、酵母样真菌)及症状体征(脱水、大便性状、腹泻、发热)。结果观察组总有效率(90.20%)明显高于对照组(72.55%)(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组腹泻次数明显减少,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组免疫功能指标IgA、IgG、IgM水平明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组肠道肠球菌、乳杆菌水平明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后酵母样真菌水平明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脱水改善时间、大便性状改善、止泻及退热时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论爆灯火疗法联合小儿推拿治疗小儿腹泻可有效改善患儿临床症状体征,显著降低腹泻次数,改善免疫功能及肠道菌群,效果显著。

Objective To explore impacts of exploding light fire therapy combined with infantile massage on diarrhea frequency,immune function and intestinal flora in children with diarrhea.Methods One hundred and two children with diarrhea admitted in our hospital from April,2020 to May,2022 were regarded as the research objects,and randomly divivded into the control group(51 cases)and the observation group(51 cases).The control group was treated with infantile massage in addition to the conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with exploding light fire therapy in addition to the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,diarrhea frequency,immune function(IgA,IgG,IgM),intestinal flora(enterococcus,lactobacillus,yeast like fungi)and symptoms and signs(dehydration improvement time,stool character improvement time,diarrhea stopping time,fever subsiding time)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.20%)was significantly higher than the control group(72.55%)(P<0.05);Compared with that before treatment,the number of diarrhea in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the observation group had less number of diarrhea than the control group(P<0.05);Levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher,and the observation group had higher levels than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,levels of enterococcus and lactobacillus in the two groups were significantly higher after treatment,and the observation group had higher levels than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the level of yeast like fungi decreased significantly,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had significantly shorter improvement time of dehydration,improvement time of stool character,stopping time of diarrhea and the time of fever subsiding than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exploding light fire therapy combined with infantile massage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with diarrhea,reduce the frequency of diarrhea,improve immune function and intestinal flora,with significant effects.
