4种中药注射液对临床常用生化项目检测的干扰研究

摘要 目的探讨丹参酮IIa磺酸钠、通关藤、肾康和鸦胆子油乳注射液是否对常用生化检测产生影响,以及这些药物是否对实验结果产生干扰。方法收集30名未服用任何药物的健康体检者的混合血清,采用EP7-A2文件推荐的干扰试验方法,对4种中药进行了ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB、TBA、UREA、CREA、UA、BMG、CHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、GLU和CRP生化项目干扰研究。结果经统计分析,发现4种药物对部分检测结果有影响。其中丹参酮IIa注射液会影响AST、CK、HBDH、CHO、TG、GLU、TBA、TP、CRP、HDL-C、LDL-C、GLU、TBIL、DBIL、TBA、CREA、UA、CRP等指标;通关藤注射液对CK、HBDH、CHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、GLU、TBIL、DBIL、TBA、CREA、UA、CRP检测产生干扰;而肾康注射液则会影响ALT、HBDH、UREA、CHO、TG、HDL-C、GLU、TBIL、DBIL、CREA、UA、TP等指标;鸦胆子油乳注射液会影响TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、GLU、DBIL、CREA、UA、TP、ALB、CRP生化检测结果。结果丹参酮IIa磺酸钠注射液、通关藤注射液、肾康注射液、鸦胆子油乳注射液对部分生化项目检测存在不同程度的干扰。 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate whether tanshinone sodium IIa sulfonate,codonopsis,Shenkang and Brucea javanica oil milk injection had any effect on the commonly used biochemical tests,and whether these drugs interfered with the experimental results.Methods The mixed sera of 30 healthy subjects who had not taken any drugs were collected for the study,and the interference test method recommended by EP7-A2 was used to study the interference of 4 types of traditional Chinese medicines.We then conducted biochemical analysis for ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,TP,propagated,associates,UREA and CREA,UA,BMG,CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,CK,CK-MB,LDH and HBDH,GLU and CRP.Results With statistical analysis,it was found that four drugs had influence on some test results.Tanshinone injection could affect AST,CK,HBDH,CHO,TG,GLU,TBA,TP,CRP,HDL-C,LDL-C,GLU,TBIL,DBIL,TBA,CREA,UA,CRP and other indicators.There was an interference in analysis of CK,HBDH,CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,GLU,TBIL,DBIL,TBA,CREA,UA and CRP.Shenkang injection could affect ALT,HBDH,UREA,CHO,TG,HDL-C,GLU,TBIL,DBIL,CREA,UA,TP and other indicators.Brucea javanica oil milk injection may affect the results of biochemical tests,including TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,GLU,DBIL,CREA,UA,TP,ALB,CRP.Conclusion Tanshinone sodium IIa sulfonate injection,Tongtongtang injection,Shenkang injection,and brucea javanea oil milk injection have different degrees of interference on some biochemical items.
