丹红注射液联合阿司匹林肠溶片对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和炎症因子及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Danhong injection combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on neurological function,inflammatory factors and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丹红注射液联合阿司匹林肠溶片对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能、炎症因子、血液流变学的影响。方法选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的120例ACI患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,每组60例。B组行常规治疗加阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,A组在此基础上予丹红注射液治疗,比较两组神经功能评分、炎症因子水平、血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果治疗后,A组NIHSS评分显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,两组血小板聚集率、红细胞压积均小于治疗前,血浆黏度明显低于治疗前,且A组血小板聚集率、红细胞压积均小于B组,血浆黏度明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合阿司匹林肠溶片可有效改善急性脑梗死患者炎症因子水平及血液流变学指标,加快患者神经功能康复进程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong injection combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on neurological function,inflammatory factors and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 120 cases of ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group.Group B was treated with routine treatment and aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and group A was treated with Danhong injection on this basis.The neurological function score,inflammatory factor level,hemorheology index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,National Institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of two groups were lower than before,and group A was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,platelet aggregation rate and hematocrit of two groups were smaller than before treatment,plasma viscosity of two groups were lower than before treatment,and platelet aggregation rate and hematocrit in group A were smaller than those in group B,plasma viscosity was lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and accelerate the rehabilitation process of neurological function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
