针刺联合悬吊康复治疗部队官兵半月板损伤术后漆关节功能障碍的临床价值

Clinical value of acupuncture combined with suspension rehabilitation in the treatment of lacquer joint dysfunction after meniscus injury in soldiers

目的探讨针刺联合悬吊训练对部队官兵半月板损伤术后患膝功能障碍的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年3月本院收治的76例因军事训练伤所致的半月板损伤缝合修复术后膝关节功能障碍的军人患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组单纯采用悬吊康复训练,观察组采用针刺联合悬吊康复训练。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后Lysholm评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗前,两组Lysholm评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组Lysholm评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的78.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合悬吊康复治疗半月板缝合修复术后膝关节功能障碍的疗效显著,可明显缓解患者的疼痛症状,加大膝关节的活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objiective To explore the clinical value of acupuncture combined with suspension rehabilitation in the treatment of lacquer joint dysfunction after meniscus injury in soldiers.Methods 76 patients with knee dysfunction after suture repair of meniscus injury caused by military training injuries admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with suspension rehabilitation training alone,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with suspension rehabilitation training,the clinical efficacy,Lysholm score and visual analog scale(VAS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups;after treatment,Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups;after treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.7%,which was higher than 78.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with suspension rehabilitation has significant effect on knee dysfunction after meniscus suture repair,which can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients,increase the mobility of the knee joint,and promote the functional recovery of the knee joint,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
