神经阻滞联合射频手术治疗口腔颌面部三叉神经疼痛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of nerve block combined with radiofrequency surgery in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trigeminal pain

目的探讨神经阻滞联合射频手术治疗口腔颌面部三叉神经疼痛的重要价值。方法选取2019年2月至2020年10月本院收治的84例口腔颌面部三叉神经疼痛者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组行神经阻滞治疗,观察组行神经阻滞与射频手术联合治疗,比较两组疼痛程度、并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经阻滞联合射频手术治疗口腔颌面部三叉神经疼痛疗效显著,可缓解患者疼痛程度,预防或降低不良反应及并发症,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the value of nerve block combined with radiofrequency surgery in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trigeminal nerve pain.Methods A total of 84 patients with oral and maxillofacial trigeminal nerve pain admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received nerve block treatment,and the observation group received nerve block combined with radiofrequency surgery.The degree of pain,complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the time of pain disappearance was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nerve block combined with radiofrequency surgery has significant efficacy in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trigeminal nerve pain,which can relieve the pain degree of patients,prevent or reduce adverse reactions and complications,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
