芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年1月本院收治的200例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为单纯治疗组与联合治疗组,每组100例。单纯治疗组采用单纯沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,联合治疗组采用芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、慢性心力衰竭纠正时间、住院时间、治疗前后左心室射血分数、血浆氨基末端脑钠素前体(NT-proBNP)水平、6 min步行距离。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于单纯治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组左心室射血分数、血浆NT-proBNP水平、6 min步行距离比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组左心室射血分数均高于治疗前,血浆NT-proBNP水平均低于治疗前,6 min步行距离均长于治疗前,且联合治疗组左心室射血分数高于单纯治疗组,血浆NT-proBNP水平低于单纯治疗组,6 min步行距离长于单纯治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组慢性心力衰竭纠正时间、住院时间均短于单纯治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,可改善患者心功能和运动耐力,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 200 patients with chronic heart failure from February 2018 to January 2019 were seleced as research subjects,and they were divided into simple treatment group and combined treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the simple treatment group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets,combined treatment group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets,the clinical effect,the time of correcting chronic heart failure,the time of hospitalization,left ventricular ejection fraction,plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level and 6 min walking distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the simple treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,plasma the nitrogen terminal of brain natriuretic peptide-precursor level and six-minute walking distance between the two groups;after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of two groups were higher than those before treatment,the plasma NT-proBNP level were lower than that before treatment,and the 6 min walking distance were longer than that before treatment,and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the simple treatment group,the plasma NT-proBNP level was lower than the simple treatment group,and the 6 min walking distance was longer than the simple treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correction time and hospitalization time in the combined treatment group were shorter than those of the simple treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can improve the cardiac function and exercise tolerance,shorten the treatment time,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
