抑制素A基因与中性粒细胞相关载脂蛋白基因在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 抑制素A(INHBA)是转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)家族中一种性腺分泌的二聚体糖蛋白,由α亚基和β亚基构成,βA和α亚基相互作用形成。大量实验证明其在食管癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、白血病、胃癌、结肠癌等多系统恶性肿瘤中存在高表达现象。中性粒细胞相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)是Lipocalins家族一种人类肿瘤功能性癌蛋白。另外,多项实验证明NGAL表达水平升高与多种系统的恶性肿瘤有关,如肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、子宫内膜癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等。恶性肿瘤与INHBA及NGAL基因关系逐渐关注,进一步研究,可为多种恶性肿瘤的早期诊断与个体化治疗贡献新靶点。本文就INHBA与NGAL与各系统恶性肿瘤发展、转移、预后关系作一综述。 Inhibitin A(INHBA)is a dimeric glycoprotein secreted by the gonads in the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)family,it is composed ofαsubunits andβsubunits,and is formed byβA andαsubunits through interaction.A large number of experiments have proved that it has a high expression phenomenon in esophageal cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer,leukemia,gastric cancer,colon cancer and other multisystemic malignant tumors.Neutrophil-associated apolipoprotein(NGAL)is a human tumor functional oncoprotein of the Lipocalins family.In addition,a number of experiments have proved that the elevated expression level of NGAL is related with malignant tumors of various systems,such as liver cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,endometrial cancer,colon cancer,breast cancer,pancreatic cancer,etc.The relationship between malignancy and INHBA and NGAL genes has been gradually concerned,and further research can contribute new targets for the early diagnosis and individualized treatment of a variety of malignancies.In this paper,we of the relationship between INHBA and NGAL and the development,metastasis and prognosis of malignant tumors in various systems are reviewed.
