摘要
通过宏观表征和微观变化两个方面,研究了防治煤自燃的关键。结合磷系化合物分解物脱水炭化和吸热的特性,研制了新型阻化剂,并通过交叉点温度、阻化率和官能团活性参数等表示新型阻化剂对长焰煤和褐煤的阻化效果。实践证明,该新型阻化剂能极大地降低采空区遗煤自燃的危险性,为矿井提供了一种新型自然发火防治材料。
The key of prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion was studied from two aspects of macroscopic characterization and microscopic change.Combined with the characteristics of dehydrating carbonization and heat absorption of phosphorus compounds decomposition,a new inhibitor was developed.The inhibition effect of the new inhibitor on long-flame coal and lignite was expressed by crossing point temperature,inhibition rate and functional group activity parameters.Practice has proved that the new inhibitor can greatly reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal left in goaf,which provides a new type of material for prevention and control of spontaneous combustion.
