综采工作面高位钻孔瓦斯涌出规律研究

摘要 为了提高综采工作面采空区瓦斯抽采效果,优化工作面高位瓦斯抽采钻孔布置方式,掌握高位钻孔瓦斯抽采规律对于确定高位钻孔终孔位置至关重要。通过对彬长矿区小庄煤矿40309工作面高位钻孔的瓦斯抽采量、抽采浓度进行实时观测,分析高位钻孔瓦斯抽采量占工作面总涌出量的比例,在有效抽采段内,工作面各钻场的瓦斯抽采浓度呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,高位钻孔抽采量与日产量A呈负相关关系,与日推进度L呈正相关关系。研究40309工作面瓦斯涌出量与工作面高位钻孔瓦斯抽采规律,可为高位抽采钻孔的最佳布置层位优化提供实践基础。 In order to improve the effect of gas drainage in goaf of fully-mechanized mining face,optimize the layout of high level gas extraction boreholes,and effectively grasp the gas extraction law of high level boreholes,it is crucial to determine the final hole position of high level boreholes.Real-time observation on gas drainage quantity and concentration of high level borehole in 40309 working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine in Binchang Mining Area,analysis on the proportion of high level borehole gas drainage in total emission of working face,and in the effective extraction section,the gas extraction concentration of each drilling site in the working face shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,there is a negative correlation between high level borehole extraction and daily production A,and a positive correlation between high level borehole extraction and daily propulsion L.Study the gas emission amount and gas extraction law of high level drilling holes in the 40309 working face,providing a practical basis for optimizing the optimal layout of high level drilling holes.
