管柱法带压注浆封孔技术在告成煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔中的应用

Application of pipe column method with pressure grouting sealing technology in gas extraction drilling of Gaocheng Coal Mine

钻孔封孔是矿井瓦斯抽采工程的一个重要环节,为提高抽采钻孔封孔效果,告成煤矿引进了管柱法带压注浆封孔工艺技术,在井下瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔现场进行试验及应用研究。结果表明,新封孔工艺能有效封堵裂隙,封孔质量高、效果好,提高了抽采浓度,延长了抽采时间,达到了预期目的。

Borehole sealing is an important part of gas extraction engineering in mines.In order to improve the sealing effect of gas extraction boreholes,Gaocheng Coal Mine has introduced the pipe column method with pressure grouting sealing technology.Experiments and application studies have been conducted on the sealing site of gas extraction boreholes underground.The results show that the new sealing technology can effectively seal cracks,with high sealing quality and good effect,increasing the extraction concentration,prolonging the extraction time,and achieving the expected goals.
