矿井地面主要通风系统担负着为井下通风、排除有害气体的重要任务,是矿山安全生产的关键保障设备。通风系统各种设备能否可靠、稳定、高效的运转,是矿井安全与生产的必要前提。结合某矿井下通风系统的实际需求,对主通风机进行了一键倒机的研究应用。当通风机发生故障时,一键倒机功能可以提高主通风机运行安全系数。以某矿主通风现状作为切入点,从改造目标、改造实施、实际效果等方面进行阐述,旨在说明一键倒机系统在煤矿中的必要性。

The main ventilation system on the mine ground is responsible for the main task of ventilating the underground and removing harmful gases,and it is the key guarantee factor for the safe production of the mine.Whether the various equipment of the ventilation system can operate reliably,stably and efficiently is a necessary prerequisite for mine safety and production.Combined with the actual needs of a mine's underground ventilation system,the research and application of one-key shutdown of the main fan is proposed.When the fan fails,the one-key shutdown function can improve the factor of safety of main fan operation.This article takes the current situation of the main ventilation of a certain mine as the breakthrough point,and expounds from several aspects such as transformation goals,transformation contents,and actual effects,in order to explain the necessity of the one-key shutdown system in coal mines.
