摘要
针对山西某矿井下工作面是否可以采用沿空留巷技术进行资源回收利用的问题,通过现场调研分析,确定采用超前卸压、高预应力强力锚杆与锚索巷内补强支护、强力混凝土墙体巷旁支护、木点柱挡矸等技术进行沿空留巷,并对比分析了采用沿空留巷前后的社会经济效益。结果表明,采用沿空留巷技术完全可以满足巷道压力要求;采用沿空留巷技术可以有效节约巷道掘进费用,提高资源回收率,提高安全保障能力,该矿井工作面完全可以试行应用沿空留巷技术。
In view of the problem of whether the gob-side entry retaining technology can be used for resource recovery and utilization in the underground working face of a certain mine in Shanxi province,Through on-site research and analysis,it was determined to use technologies such as advanced pressure relief,high pre-stressed strong anchor rods and anchor cable reinforcement support in the roadway,strong concrete wall support beside the roadway,and wooden point pillar blocking gangue to retain the roadway along the goaf.The social and economic benefits before and after using the roadway along the goaf were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the use of goaf retaining technology can fully meet the pressure requirements of the roadway.The gob-side entry retaining technology can effectively save the tunneling cost,improve the recycling rate,and improve the safety assurance capability.The gob-side entry retaining technology can be applied to the working face of the mine on a trial basis.
