掘进面尘源分析及注水减尘技术研究

摘要 粉尘对工作面人员及机械设备有着极大的危害,如何降低工作面粉尘浓度成为煤矿生产过程中的一大难题。为降低粉尘浓度,对A煤矿1503运输巷煤层含水量进行研究,分析现场作业人员对各种降尘措施的主观感受,对采煤工作面不同区域内的粉尘浓度进行现场调研,分别使用矿井水及浓度分别为0.1%、0.5%、1%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液进行渗流实验,找出其中最有效的注水溶液并在现场进行应用。研究结果表明,现场作业人员主观感受最好的降尘措施前3名分别是风流净化水幕、掘进机用水、喷雾;SDS溶液的降尘效果较好,3种浓度溶液的平均渗透系数分别为0.00082、0.00122及0.00096。 Dust poses a great threat to workers and mechanical equipment in the working face,and reducing the concentration of dust in the working flour has become a major challenge in the coal mine production process.In order to reduce dust concentration,a study was conducted on the moisture content of the 1503 transportation roadway coal seam in Coal Mine A,analyzing the subjective feelings of on-site operators towards various dust reduction measures.Field investigations were conducted on the dust concentration in different areas of the coal mining face,using mine water and sodium dodecyl sulfate solutions with concentrations of 0.1%,0.5%,and 1%respectively for seepage experiments.The most effective water injection solution was identified and applied on-site.The research results show that the top three dust control measures that the on-site operators feel best are air flow purification water curtain,tunneling machine water,and spra.The dust reduction effect of SDS solution is good,and the average permeability coefficients of the three concentration solutions are 0.00082,0.000122,and 0.00096,respectively.
