五加生化胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后阴道出血患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of Wujiashenghua capsule combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum vaginal bleeding

目的分析五加生化胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后阴道出血患者的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年12月于本院接受马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗的41例产后阴道出血患者作为对照组,选取2019年1月至2020年10月于本院接受五加生化胶囊联合缩宫素治疗的41例产后阴道出血患者作为观察组。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗效果(止血时间、产后出血量、子宫底高度)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后出血量少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,子宫底高度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五加生化胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后阴道出血效果显著,可改善患者中医症候,减少产后出血量,有效减少不良反应的发生,对患者产后恢复具有一定的促进意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of Wujiashenghua capsule combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum vaginal bleeding.Methods 41 patients with postpartum vaginal bleeding who were treated with ergonovine maleate combined with oxytocin in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,41 patients with postpartum vaginal bleeding who were treated with Wujiashenghua capsule combined with oxytocin in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment,treatment effects(hemostasis time,amount of postpartum hemorrhage,uterine fundus height)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the hemostatic time was shorter than that in the control group,and the uterine fundus height was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wujiashenghua capsule combined with oxytocin has significant effect in the treatment of postpartum vaginal bleeding,can which can improve the symptoms of TCM,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has certain promoting significance for the postpartum recovery of patients.
