胫骨髓内穿钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of tibial intramedullary nail in treatment of tibia-fibula fracture

目的探讨胫骨髓内穿钉治疗胫腓骨骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院收治的86例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照手术方法的不同分为胫骨髓内穿钉组与经皮组,每组43例。胫骨髓内穿钉组采用胫骨髓内穿钉辅助外固定治疗,经皮组采用经皮微创钢板固定治疗,比较两组手术情况、并发症发生情况、手术疗效。结果胫骨髓内穿钉术式组手术时间、骨折愈合时间均短于经皮组,术中出血量少于经皮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胫骨髓内穿钉术组术后并发症发生率为11.63%,低于经皮组的32.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胫骨髓内穿钉组手术优良率为95.35%,高于经皮组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨髓内穿钉治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效确切,可缩短手术时间、骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tibial intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibia-fibula fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with tibia-fibula fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divid-ed into the tibial intramedullary nail group and the percutaneous group according to different surgical methods,with 43 cases in each group.The tibi-al intramedullary nail group was treated with external fixation assisted by tibial intramedullary nail,and the percutaneous group was treated with per-cutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation,the surgical situation,complications and surgical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The operative time and fracture healing time in the tibial intramedullary nail group were shorter than those in the percutaneous group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the percutaneous group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of post-operative complications in the tibial intramedullary nail group was 11.63%,which was lower than 32.56%in the percutaneous group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the tibial intramedullary nail group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the percutaneous group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tibia intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibia-fibula fracture is effective,can shorten the operation time,fracture healing time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
