补肾益肺解毒方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效及对血清基质金属蛋白酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9表达的影响

Effect of Bushen Yifei Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on the expression of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9

目的探讨补肾益肺解毒方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9-(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年5月于上海中医药大学附属龙华医院就诊的80例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组给予吉西他滨和白蛋白紫杉醇(GP)化疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加补肾益肺解毒方治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清MMP-2及MMP-9水平和中医证候疗效。结果治疗前,两组血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组MMP-2、MMP-9水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中医证候总有效率(82.5%)高于对照组(62.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾益肺解毒方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,可有效改善患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9表达,提高中医证候疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Yifei Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on the expression of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9).Methods 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Longhua Hospital Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received chemotherapy with gemcitabine and albumin paclitaxel(GP),while the study group was treated with Bushen Yifei Jiedu recipe on the basis of the control group,the levels of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 before and after treatment and the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the expression levels of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 between the two groups;after treatment,the expression levels of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome in the study group(82.5%)was higher than that in the control group(62.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yifei Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,which can effectively improve the expression of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9,improve the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
